You're rockin it Deborah! We'll have to incorporate some dumbbell exercises here too as well as some Bosu exercises for @Befitt :)

I've been doing the ball squats for a few weeks. I use my ball as my desk chair too and incorporate ball squats into my day. I also keep 10 lb dumbbells on my desk and do squats and shoulder presses at the same time. Loved the last exercise - never thought of that one!
