I know from first hand experience that improving your health will improve your wealth. When I place my health as my #1 priority I increase my focus, my clarity, my energy, my performance, and my overall productivity.
Not to mention that I earn a large part of my income from documenting my life of optimal health.
So I would like to know if you are incorporating fitness as a part of your business?
Great question. Yes I incorporate fitness as part of my business. All of my clients know that between 1 and 3 PM daily I am at the gym - No exceptions. Sure there are weeks when I make the exception but I suffer. And clients see the difference too. It took me a while to train them but now I get emails or messages from clients when I'm still at my desk at 1 PM telling me to shut down and go to the gym :-)
I totally agree that improving your health increases your wealth in most cases. You have to work for it though! Considering I may have lost an Ab or 2, I am still pretty healthy for the more than middle aged man that I am. You see, I have always planned on living until I was 102 yeas old. If I make it up to that point or past, well then, that would be just a blessing!
Exercise is important to me but, because of some physical problems I am facing now, it is very difficult to proceed in a regular vigorous routine.
As far as being healthy, (which brings me to my main business), I believe one should consider all the venues of, staying healthy which are available to us today. Not only focusing on a healthy body, but maintaining a healthy home, mind, spirit, and planet!
If you are interested in finding out more about what my main business is, just drop me a line.

I've found that when I start my day off with Tennis - I am SO much more productive for the REST of the day. My energy is up, my motivation is up, and my profits are up as a result of being efficient with the rest of my hours - instead of draggin my arshe all through the morning when I DON'T exercise ... or Twittercise :)
Lately it's been a priority. I've lost a lot of weight since thirty days. Living by myself, there's not many places to go and so my little apartment becomes my Batcave.
And if I kick back into military gear I'm a few short weeks to lookin' like Christian Bale! Watch out!
On a serious note (pffff! ha ha) I've heard a woman say in a video I was watching, that if you have a healthy body, you can't health to exude and impose that healthy quality into your world.
