Hey Girl... :)

You don't need to put an @ in front of your name. It's what we do when we want to communicate with you.

So when you sign up just us the username girlwithnoname

Then go to www.twitter.com/TheFitB and click on the follow button. You will now see everything that I type in twitter.

If you want to communicate with me you type @TheFitB Hey man how's it going? I've been playing around with carb cycling and it works :)

I will see that you typed a message to me in my "replies" box because you put an @ before my name.

If you want to direct message me so no one else see's the message click on direct message in the box at the right side of the page.

You'll get the hang of it.

It was a little hazy for me at first, too. I Googled "twitter video tutorial" and found a wonderful video that some kind Twitter-head put together and it really helped me a lot! I'm still trying to work out the fine points but at least now I "get it" enough to be fun.
